Where In The 'UnderWORLD:Awakening' is Scott Speedman?

So I went to go see Underworld: Awakening when it came out recently, had to be one of the first people to see it because I LOVE Kate Beckinsale in these films, they definitely make my top choice list. However, I had prepared myself for the disappointment of not seeing Scott Speedman reprise his role as Michael Corbin, but it was still depressing, especially because they thought they could fool me with the 2-second screen shot of a look alike. I know better than that. Overall though, that aside, it was a good film non-the-less. Wasn't too sure what to expect because how many can you make before there is too many and they start flat lining on the story lines, but they kept it interesting and even managed to be able to leave it open to another installment. I'd hope Speedman would sign on for the next if they decide to green light it because how can you find Michael without the original Michael to play himself... Just doesn't sound like it'd work for me.

In a quick summary it begins 6 months after Underworld: Evolution and vampire and lycans now have humans as there biggest threat. Humans have started "The Purge" a war against "the infected" to help cure them, by exterminating them all. Twelve years later after being captured by Antigen (a medical corporation) Selene is freed by someone from cryogenic suspense and thrown into a new world with no idea where Michael is but has a new ability to see visions through someone else's eyes, who she first assumes is Michael, and she is desperate to find him. After following where these vision lead her she comes to a young girl, "subject 2" who's real name is Eve (played by India Eisley). She later find out that Eve freed her from Antigen and is the daughter of her and Michael, whom was created in the lab, and the only ever child hybrid whom the lycans are desperate to get ahold of. Selene gets some help from an honorable vampire, David (played by Theo James), who wants to help her, and has a need to fight for what is left of the existence of vampires rather than hide away as his father has been making him and there clan do. After Eve is captured by lycans the whole story line and secret plans begin to unfold and you find that the lycans are behind Antigen and they've been using Eve's blood to help make a "super" lycan, and plan to use her to find a cure for the effects of silver in there species. In the end Selene goes to get her daughter and David comes to help save the day. Selene now knows that Michael was also cryogenically frozen, and has managed to escape. It ends with Eve's having visions about where he is going so she along with Selene, and David begin there search, while no doubt having to deal with the obstacles that the humans and lycans will cause. There of course are a few more interesting characters introduced, some good, some bad, and some cowards. If you haven't seen this or any of the others I recommend that you watch them, and in order to understand everything.
